Project Overview
Designer Outdoor Solutions delivered a range of bespoke roofing, glazing and shading installations at OurHouse Jesse’s in Parsons Green, incorporating a DSS Cedrus Retractable Roof System, double glazed Verlass glazing and doors, and custom brackets and flashings.
The project includes a covered pool area, glazed dining and seating spaces, and external shading across the building. The different systems work together across the development, creating a series of distinct spaces while maintaining visual connections between the interior and courtyard.
The Installation
DSS Cedrus Retractable Roof System
The DSS Cedrus Retractable Roof System features across the project, including the pool area. The installation provides a defined overhead structure for the covered spaces, with glazing and surrounding architectural features forming part of the wider design.
DSS Double Glazed Verlass System
The DSS Double Glazed Verlass System forms part of the glazed enclosure, with large glazed sections connecting the covered areas to the courtyard. The dark framing provides a clear architectural contrast against the surrounding building.
DSS Double Glazed Doors
DSS Double Glazed Doors complement the glazing installation, providing access between the enclosed areas and the surrounding spaces.
Custom Brackets and Flashings
Custom brackets and flashings were incorporated into the installation to accommodate the requirements of the project.
DSS Retractable Awnings
DSS Retractable Awnings were also installed on the building, forming part of the wider shading provision across the development.
The Finished Project
The completed installation brings together retractable roofing, glazed systems, doors and external awnings across OurHouse Jesse’s in Parsons Green. The combination of these elements creates a coordinated architectural finish across the courtyard, dining areas and pool enclosure.
